Dear Prevacid,

I was only supposed to take you for 2 weeks, but for 14 years you have had my heart, my mind, and my stomach.

You've been with me through my whiskey days, my late night nacho days, my Insomnia Cookies at 2am days. But Dr. Dalal said, it's time we say goodbye.

I've given up alcohol.
I've given up drugs.
I've even given up caffeine.
Now they take away you.

We both know Pepcid AC is no substitute for my beloved. I'll be buying Tums in bulk without you. Long term you can cause kidney disease.

I never planned to live long term.
Then I got sober.
